How To Use
BCAA Tablets
Serving Size: One tablet.
Direction for use: For maximum results, take up to 6 tablets daily – take 3 tablets with water 30 minutes prior to training and 3 tablets immediately after training.
T5-XT Tablets
Weight-loss: Take 1-2 tablets daily 4-6 hours apart.
Pre-training: Take 2 tablets 30 mins prior to training.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
